Seeker uses advanced technology to help find stolen items 

Seeker checks online retail platforms and second-hand retailers for items reported stolen, that have been listed for sale. Depending on your preference, the tech can run searches between a 1-month and a 6-year period. Seeker is built to be accurate and comprehensive. While we don't guarantee to find your stolen item if it is listed for sale on our partner platforms our tech will find it.

1. Report

Use the Seeker website or the Found Protect app (launching soon) to report your stolen item(s)

Enter:
Item type
Brand
Model
Colour
Location of theft
Date and time

You can add photos and serial numbers from your  Seeker Dashboard - You get access to this once you have reported your stolen item 

2. Find

The Seeker technology will search online retail platforms - eBay, Gumtree. Preloved and Facebook Market place for a match for your lost item(s)

We also contact 2nd hand retail stores to alert them of the theft incase they are approached to buy the item or indeed if they already have listed it for sale

We send you weekly updates of progress

You can run searches for 1 month to 6 year period

3. Recover

If we find a match its important you have some proof of owenrship to give to the police or to enage one of our recovery agents, you are welcome to contact the seller of the stolen item yourself but caution must be taken and please keep in mind the seller of your item may not be the thief

If we don't find your item we can extend the search for a longer period or if you choose not to do this we give all Seeker users that run a 3 month search or longer free membership to Found Protect (click here to learn more)

If you engage a Seeker recovery agent a fee is paid on the percentage value of the item (please contact us to find out more)
